About Personally Fit Personally Fit Individualized Training is unique in its programs for beginners, recreational and competitive athletes, obese and post injury rehabilitation individuals. Personally Fit Individualized Training was established in 1986 by nationally recognized trainer Chris Mondragon in order to help clients improve fitness, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, fat loss, and energy levels. In addition, Personally Fit focuses on injury prevention, recovery and nutrition.
