Personally Fit has expanded their individualized training program into a variety of “Group Classes” that offer a valuable training session for up to 8 people per class. This provides a cost-effective way to work with our trained professionals and experience the benefits of regular exercise.
Functional Group Workout
Circuit training that utilizes proven techniques for all levels of fitness – working large and small muscle groups.
Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am-10:00am
Tues 4:30pm-5:30pm and 5:30-6:30pm
Full Body Shred
A high intensity circuit training workout focused around all major muscle groups. This incorporates strength and endurance based exercises utilizing cross training techniques with a variety of equipment including TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells and calisthenics.
