Justin Smith

Justin Smith Justin Smith a senior at Broughton High School came to Personally Fit at the beginning of this school year. Within 2 months, he has put on 10lbs. of solid muscle (from 157lbs. to 167lbs.). He has increased his jump ropes/minute by 22% from 110 to 135 and his pull ups by 60% from 10 to 16. Justin did his initial leg press max. of 47 reps. using 135lbs. and in two months increased his reps. and resistance to 75+ reps. using 185lbs.. He also increased his max push ups by 42% from 28 to 40.

Wow! Justin just started swim season and we look forward to a successful senior campaign.
