Kayde is a certified Personal Trainer and a Blackbelt in multiple martial arts. Her passion is Personal Training with a variety of methods using her expertise in the Martial Arts. She is knowledgeable in bodybuilding, nutritional and life style evaluations, body composition and measurements.
