Margaret Melton

Margaret decided she was going to do something to improve her Fitness Level. She came to Personally Fit not knowing how to execute an exercise program or how to choose the right foods. In just 3 months Margaret lost 15 lbs. of fat and lost 2 1/2 inches in her waist. She has maintained this weight loss for 9 months. This has brought her down several dress sizes. She is strength training and using the Elliptical or walking nearly every day.
