Most clients come to us because they have struggled to stick to and or develop a safe, effective exercise program. At Personally Fit we want to help you overcome the obstacles, excuses and habits that have kept you from getting results. Clients need to learn what gets results.
Slow and deliberate Strength Training is the base of our workouts. Without a stronger body it is difficult to do enough cardio to get results.
The majority of our clients want to lose fat/weight. Again, progressive strength training builds lean active muscles that burn more calories at rest and combined with proper aerobic exercise burns more fat.
Time Management - at Personally Fit we don’t want you spinning your wheels. Everyone is so busy we can’t afford to waste time. Your workouts at Personally Fit help you get a lot done in a short amount of time. You won’t be wandering around the gym trying to figure out what to do next. You will know your session has given you what you need.
Finally, regular committed exercise that progresses to hard workouts gets results. Personally Fit helps you to adhere to your fitness and nutrition goals that you want to achieve.
